榨油生产线:新型工艺与大型冷榨设备针对双低油菜籽制油方法
双低油菜籽制油新工艺与大型冷榨设备开发,双低油菜籽是我国一种十分重要的优势油料资源,但双低油菜籽制油加工却存在许多问题,主要有:热榨法制油会造成菜油中营养成分损失,饼粕中蛋白质变性而不利于深加工综合利用;冷榨法生产双低菜油,因菜籽脱皮技术没有很好解决,饼粕资源综合利用程度较低。这些问题致使我国双低菜籽的资源优势未能真正转化为经济优势。

1、研究出“碾搓破碎、风力皮仁分离、膨化调质、低温压榨”双低油菜籽低温制油新工艺;开发出水循环强制冷却、榨笼冷油强喷的200t/d大型冷榨机;研制出油菜籽差速破碎、风力皮仁分离和膨化调质机等配套设备;建立了固定化磷脂酶对毛菜籽油酶法脱胶技术;并建立了低浓度碱液浸溶蛋白、结合膜孔径梯度串联超滤制备菜籽蛋白联产多糖的新工艺。

1、双低油菜籽低温冷榨工艺研究与大型系统装备开发。该成果通过对双低油菜籽脱皮轧胚、全含油菜籽仁膨化的两次细胞破壁,畅通了油路,膨化料易于入榨。该工艺增加了冷榨机生产能力,使冷榨饼残油降低;采用差速破碎、打筛碾搓、风力提皮工艺,菜籽脱皮率达95%、仁中含皮率≤3%、皮中含仁率≤2%,研制出处理能力≥200吨/天,饼残油14%~16%的大型在线冷却冷榨机,解决无皮菜籽仁螺旋压榨滑膛难题的同时,实现了油料的低温压榨,出饼温度≤75~C。

低温菜籽饼粕制备先进蛋白联产多糖研究。该成果以低温冷榨菜籽粕为原料,建立了低浓度碱液浸溶蛋白、结合膜孔径梯度串联超滤制备高品质菜籽蛋白联产多糖的新工艺,实现菜籽蛋白联产多糖的有效分离,碱用量(3‰)明显低于常规工艺(7%),降低了能耗。在菜籽浓缩蛋白生产工艺中,选用盘式干燥器对物料进行干燥脱溶,双效长管蒸发器对浸提液进行浓缩回收溶剂的工艺方案,环保效益与可持续生产优势明显。
